Avantgarde loudspeakers have earnt

Specifications). It is this sensitivity that allows them to faithfully convey
every nuance, every subtle timbre of the original recording and with very low
colouration. This sensitivity however requires critical amplification partnering
– only a few watts is required and this is where you can achieve so much
with a very simple and elegant SET amplifier. One with a very low noise floor.

Trio
Classic "Omega"Some
things just cannot be understood at first glance. And to be honest, the TRIO,
with an efficiency of 110dB, is not absolutely essential for life. But
then there is the search for further technical possibilities, for the utmost feasibility
and then products like the TRIO become reality. The TRIO embodies our conviction,
the conviction to go one step beyond. And this in all aspects. The
TRIO is a platform for technological research. It is the synthesis of technological
precision and extravagant design; the proof that the principle of the horn loudspeaker
can actually be taken to the limit. However, the TRIO is no eccentric, technical
piece of art but first of all an "everyday" loudspeaker. It is a system
that easily produces power. Every single electrical signal of the amplifier is
reproduced by the TRIO with utmost precision and directness which renders the

TRIO Classic version incorporates a circular support. Contrary to static constructions
the rounded shape of the TRIO Classic perfectly reflects the dynamics of the spherical
horns. But form follows function even here, as the angle of the support is adjustable,
thus allowing easy adjustment of the mid-high frequency section to the preferred
listening position.

Trio Compact
"Omega"The
standard TRIO shares the same technology and quality with its brother, the Classic,
yet in a more compact format. All
three spherical horns are mounted into circular housing tubes. A three pillar
steel tube frame is used to support the horns on lateral fixtures with the standard
version of the TRIO. The horn alignment is a functional straight line and demonstrates
visual integrity without any frills. Due to this compact design the satellite
only has a width of 950mm (37').

Meta Primo
The META
Primo is the metamorphosis between the TRIO/BASSHORN and the DUO system. It was
designed for use where clients want near TRIO/Basshorn performance but in a smaller
package where confined space and size is paramount. It is also the first fully
horn-loaded single box speaker by Avantgarde Acoustic.

Uno If

Solo The
Solo is the latest Avantgarde loudspeaker to join the Uno, Duo and Trio. Like
these models it is a spherical horn design and offers unprecedented performance
for its size and price. The
Solo is designed around a new custom made 12" dual concentric driver, mounted
to short spherical horn flares for the bass and treble unit. The driver is then
mounted in a specially moulded cabinet and then to complete the package a 250
watt amplifier and active crossover is built into the back of the speaker. Thanks
to its active design, the bass frequencies extend down to 30Hz which makes this
model ideal as a high quality stereo monitor as well as for Audio Visual use.
The new Solo
will bring Avantgarde ownership to a much wider audience due to its size and pricing.
